Error: Excel caused an invalid page fault in...0137:50048605 (due to DataMap).

Error:

Illegal Operation. Excel caused an invalid page fault in module EXCEL.EXE at 0137:50048605

Cause:

This error message occurs when a Data Map object that was inserted in an Excel worksheet section of Binder is resized and the Binder is closed while the map is still resizing. The error occurs even if the user chooses not to save the changes. Microsoft Corporation has confirmed this to be a problem with Office 95.

Solution:

As a workaround, wait until the map is completely resized and displayed, then close the Binder.
